The official name
The code now uses carte talent. Our material therefore uses the current term and, where useful, gives the former search term Passeport Talent alongside it so that readers can recognise the same developing system.
The source of the terminology conflict
The former name remains in search results, everyday usage and some government pages. Without the date of a source, it can be difficult to tell whether it describes the structure before or after June 2025.
Items to verify
Check the overall Talent family, the exact current subcategory, the conditions applying to the project or employment and the relevant CESEDA provision. An old bundle should not be carried into the new structure automatically.
