Three propositions to establish
The evidence should show that the overseas company genuinely operates, that the applicant's duties can be performed remotely and that the employment or professional relationship existed for at least three months before the application.
Facts that must align
The contract, role, invoices, payments and description of day-to-day work should describe the same reality. A new high-value contract unsupported by payment movement or a history of the relationship is likely to create further questions.
How we review the bundle
Before translation and apostille, we build a chronology: when the relationship began, which services or duties were performed, how payment changed and where the facts are recorded independently of the applicant's own account.
