The official wording covers additional design roles. Architecture and fashion already had separate Global Talent mechanisms before the new design pathway was introduced.
A portfolio and independent recognition serve different purposes
A portfolio shows the quality of the work. An immigration matter also needs to establish the applicant's personal role, independent assessment and the significance of the result beyond their own team.
- Who assessed the work independently of the employer
- What the applicant personally did in a team project
- Which measurable changes followed from the work
Evidence to prepare
We first create a proposition map showing which role, result and form of recognition each document supports. We then design the presentation and allocate the evidence to the relevant criteria.
