Immigration and relocation for specialists and founders

The visa is the outcome. We start with the strategy.

Samotsvet helps specialists, founders and families understand their starting position, build the evidence and organise the work without relying on a generic document list.

Route selection

We compare your objective, nationality, timing and starting profile with the requirements of a specific category.

Why it is difficult

A visa or residence permit is not a form. It is an evidenced account.

Meeting the formal criteria may not be enough. The route must fit the intended status; missing foundations may need to be developed; the applicant's role must be evidenced; and every important claim should withstand independent scrutiny.

Destinations

Four countries. Several fundamentally different routes.

We do not look for a reason to reject a difficult matter. We show what can already be evidenced, what is missing and how the record can be strengthened.

Process

Several distinct pieces of work sit between an idea and a filing.

  1. 01

    Starting profile review

We establish the objective, nationality, career, business, family position, timing, previous applications and constraints.

  2. 02

    Route comparison

We compare requirements, intended status, timing, cost, filing structure and risk rather than relying on visa names.

  3. 03

    Criteria and gap map

Each criterion is tested against the available evidence to identify missing facts and weak support.

  4. 04

    Profile development

If the matter is not ready, we plan genuine projects, roles, publications, speaking, metrics, references and independent recognition. This stage may take months.

  5. 05

    Evidence preparation

We verify sources, collect documents, reconcile figures, roles and dates, prepare referees and resolve contradictions.

  6. 06

    Application architecture

We organise the evidence into a coherent account in which every important proposition is supported and serves the selected route.

  7. 07

    Legal review and filing

Where required by law, final legal advice, forms, filing and representation are provided by a separately appointed authorised lawyer or regulated immigration adviser.
