    Using slogans instead of explaining the product

    References to AI, a platform or uniqueness do not explain what has been built, how it differs or how it works for the user.

    Failing to show why the project belongs in France

    The market, partners, team, infrastructure and expected economic contribution should explain why the project is being developed in France.

    Separating the business plan from the founder's record

    The project is less convincing if the founder's experience does not support the role claimed, or if the budget and hiring plan cannot deliver the stated growth.

    Combining different Passeport talent grounds

    An innovative project and business creation rely on different legal grounds and evidence. One generic document set will usually weaken both.
