Legal information
Version dated 12 August 2026
1. Service provider
Project services under the Samotsvet brand are provided by individual entrepreneur Nikita Andreevich Samotsvetov, OGRNIP 323670000016524, INN 672200624836, registered in the Russian Federation. The full address and contact channels appear on the Contact and company details page.
2. What Samotsvet does
Samotsvet collects and organises facts, researches published requirements, plans the evidence, reviews factual materials and coordinates the project. Business, career and other non-legal materials may also be prepared. The exact scope is recorded in an individual agreement.
3. Regulated legal stage
Samotsvet does not present legal advice, a final conclusion on eligibility, drafting of the legal position or forms, filing, correspondence with an authority on the client's behalf, or representation as its own unregulated service. Where required, the client enters into a separate agreement with an independent professional holding the necessary licence or regulatory status.
4. United Kingdom
Personal advice on a UK immigration route, assistance with the application, filing and representation must be provided by an adviser or organisation registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), or by a professional authorised by another recognised legal regulator. Samotsvet does not claim to be an IAA-regulated organisation. Non-legal work on the evidence must remain within the boundaries agreed with the authorised professional.
5. United States
Legal classification, legal strategy, drafting of the legal petition, forms, filing and representation must be handled by an attorney admitted in the relevant US jurisdiction or another representative expressly authorised by law. Samotsvet may collect facts, organise evidence and coordinate the non-legal part of the work, including under an attorney's direction, but does not replace the attorney.
6. Spain, France and other jurisdictions
Where local law requires a lawyer, immigration representative, tax adviser or another licensed professional, that service is provided under a separate agreement. Before the relevant stage begins, the client receives the provider's details and a description of their role.
7. Fees and no public offer
The site content, including descriptions and indicative fees, is provided for information and invites a discussion of individual terms. It does not constitute a public offer unless expressly identified as one. The final scope, timing and price are recorded in the personal proposal and agreement before payment.
8. Outcome and currency of information
The decision is made by the competent public authority and approval cannot be guaranteed. Site content does not replace review of the client's circumstances. Destination pages record the date on which official sources were checked; rules may change after that date.
